Personal Data Processing Policy

This policy explains how VoxAudio processes users' personal data in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.

1. Data processed

  • email address, username and encrypted password;
  • IP address, user agent, date and time of activity;
  • purchase, subscription, gift certificate and service invoice history;
  • audio access logs: preview/full, book, chapter and access time;
  • essential cookies and session data;
  • payment identifiers received from payment providers.

2. Purposes

  • registration and authentication;
  • contract performance and digital access provision;
  • payment processing and order history;
  • user support;
  • content protection and abuse prevention;
  • compliance with Russian law.

3. Payment data

VoxAudio does not store full bank card details. It may store a payment identifier, amount, currency, status and technical transaction data.

4. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies required for authentication, account functionality, session storage, form protection and correct operation.

5. Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to perform the contract, support users, protect rights and comply with legal requirements.

6. User rights

Users may request clarification, correction or deletion, provided this does not conflict with legal obligations or contract performance.

7. Consent

By registering, placing an order or using the service, the user confirms that they have read this policy. Separate consent is obtained where legally required.

Yandex.Metrika

With your consent, Yandex.Metrika also collects visit and link statistics using analytics cookies. Yandex processes this data. You can withdraw consent through the cookie settings.

Campaign attribution

After analytics consent, we may store a recognised campaign marker in the current tab’s sessionStorage for up to 30 minutes from opening the link. It contains no name, email address or visitor identifier and is not shared between domains. The latest recognised campaign replaces the previous one; unknown campaign tags clear it. Refusing or withdrawing consent removes the marker and stops new analytics events. Daily totals by site, campaign and event are retained without automatic deletion. Full page URLs, arbitrary UTM values and IP addresses are not stored in these aggregates. Withdrawal does not remove totals already recorded.
