By joining an alliance with the international financial oligarch and his rock'n'roll beautiful-loved Zoe Monroz, Garin captures the deserted island in the Pacific Ocean. However, the Soviet criminal investigation and physicist Shelga are on his way, ready to break the mad plans of the self-proclaimed world ruler.
