3. Payment data

VoxAudio does not store full bank card details. Payments are processed by connected payment providers. VoxAudio may store payment ID, amount, currency, status and technical transaction information.

The website uses technical cookies required for authentication, user account operation, session storage, form protection and correct operation of the service.

5. Retention period

Data is stored for as long as necessary for contract performance, customer support, protection of VoxAudio rights and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

The user may contact VoxAudio support to request clarification, correction or deletion of personal data, unless such deletion conflicts with legal requirements or contract performance.

By registering, placing an order or using the service, the user confirms that they have read this policy. Where separate consent is required, such consent is requested separately.
