Digital Goods Purchase and Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital purchases on VoxAudio. The service operates under the law of the Russian Federation.

1. Digital access

Audiobooks, subscriptions, gift certificates and access to the user library are digital goods / digital access. No physical delivery is provided.

2. Access provision

Digital access is provided after successful payment confirmation by the payment provider. Before payment, the user confirms acceptance of the terms for digital goods purchase and access.

A refund request based on “changed my mind”, “did not like the voice”, “did not like the book” or similar reasons may be denied if digital access has already been provided, a subscription has been activated, the book has been opened in the user library or listening has started.

5. Subscription

The user may stop using the subscription for future periods. The already paid subscription period is not refundable if access has been provided and there is no technical error, failure to provide access or other legal basis for refund.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, the user should contact VoxAudio support and provide the account email, payment date, amount, payment method and issue description.
